01. What are the system hardware or software requirements ?

The system is deployed on hosted model at Our Cloud Servers, so there are no hardware or software requirements to install the system at your side.

02. What is SaaS model ?

SaaS stands for “Software as a Service” . The system is offered on a hosted model commonly available to all our customers but deployed on everyone’s own domain with specific theme and completely different setup.

03. What's needed to start the system?

The system is readily available so we just need you to only arrange for Website Domain, Website Logo, XML Suppliers Live Credentials.

04. How much time does it take to Go-Live?

The system is readily available with standard features, certified with many Supplier XMLs and deployed very fast. In most of the cases it’s implemented within 7-20 working days after customer has availed Website design approval, Live Supplier XMLs credentials from our certified list of suppliers and Domain.

05. Can New Supplier be integrated with system ?

Yes, new suppliers can be integrated for any services. Customers need to send us the details and technical document for integration and our teams will start.

06. How mobile apps are provided ?

Mobile apps are offered as Web App deployed for both IOS and Android platforms. As the system is completely mobile responsive, it’s offered exactly in the same format as using system on a browser.

07. Can system be customized ?

Yes, system can be customized to any extent depending on your requirements. Customization is analyzed if its just a new feature development or change in system very specific to customer requirement. Additional charges apply only if the changes are specific to a particular customer. Otherwise there is no extra fee.

08. Can website be designed as you need?

Yes, we have very creative and strong tech teams who can design and develop website as you need.

09. Is system responsive to be used with any device?

Yes, system is completely responsive and compatible with any size of device, either desktop or tab or any smart mobile phone.

10. Can system be hosted on customer's own server?

Yes, system can be deployed and migrated on any external server. Please contact our sales team to know the associated costs.

11. How do we provide support services ?

We offer customer support remotely from our head office at New Delhi. For any customer clarifications and issue fixes our teams coordinate over web channels like whats-app, skype, email and phone calls. With remote accessibility and tech teams based at a common location, the resolution is mostly spontaneous.
